Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope your week has been off to a good start. Mine has been good so far. Pretty uneventful, other than workmen here ripping up part of our downstairs' bathroom floor... yikes! In case you don't know, we live in a 100 year old home that we did a complete renovation/restoration of about a year ago. (well, we've been in for a year, the renovation started about 2 years ago). Anyway... long story short- we had a slow leak that we did not know about that's been going on since before we moved in and it caused some major mold problems under the floor. But, it's being taken care of and the smell will be gone now, thank goodness!!
Anyway... I know you didn't come here to read about my house, lol. Back to stamping! Today is my weekly online FB live class, Stamping with Amy. It's every Wednesday at 2pm cst on my Stamped with Joy Facebook page. I hope you've been able to watch. If you can't watch it live, it's always posted afterwards. And, each week, if you place a minimum $30 order using that week's host code, I'll send you that week's make & takes for free so you can make them at home!
This week, I focused on a few retiring stamp sets and some retiring Designer Series Paper. It's always sad to see products go... but it's always fun to get new stuff too!
This card features the Cool Treats stamp set and the coordinating Frozen Treats Framelits. (in the annual catalog) I also used the Picture Perfect Party Designer Series Paper Stack from the Occasions Catalog. LOVE this paper! It's been one of my favorites from the Occasions.
This card features the retiring stamp set, Mixed Drinks. I was so excited to get this adorable set last year, and then it's sat on my shelf unused all year. WHAT?? Why didn't I get it out and use it sooner? It's so stinkin' cute!
Now this set, Friendships' Sweetest Thoughts, is from the Occasions catalog and its' also retiring. I was so drawn to this set, and I have loved playing with it! For this project, I made a cute little simple seed packet holder. I just thought this stamp was a cute one for giving away some seeds and since it's Spring, I've got seed planting on my mind. And, the Delightful Daisy dsp was perfect for this project. It's also retiring.
Here's this week's project sheets so you can see everything I used to create these three projects along with the measurements. Download Stamping with Amy. April 18 docx
Don't forget! All orders of at least $30 by this Sunday, April 22, will receive all three of these fun make & takes in the mail for FREE! You must use the host code:DF3KSBKZ if your order is under $150
